In order to further enhance employee’s skills, strengthen team cooperation, enhance employee’s morale, and focus on building a high-quality and high-level team, Chengdu SEI Optical Fiber Co., Ltd. conducted a four-day comprehensive training with the theme of "Confidence And Courage" from August 27th to 30th. More than 100 employees of the company participated in the training.

At the opening ceremony, company leaders introduced the development history, business scope, strategic layout, technological advantages, and market competitiveness to the employees.

This training is based on the actual situation of the company, with topics such as "Professional Literacy", "Effective Communication", "Task Delivery Practical Thinking", "Excellent 6S and Efficient Morning Meeting on Site", and "Financial Management of Non Financial Managers - Sandtable". Through rich case analysis and simple, expressions which easy to understand are shared and exchanged by employees. This training arrangement is compact and efficient, with the addition of "Listening to Hearts" symposiums and night badminton competition activities.

During the four-day training course, employees were guided to an immersive learning feast through brainstorming, interactive quizzes, student sharing, practical exercises, and employee discussions. The training content allowed everyone to progress through communication, learn through experience, and gather strength through activities. Next, the company will use the firm belief of "serving one day" to promote the high-quality development of the company.
