Accelerate the cultivation and selection of high skilled talents in our company, and promote the construction of a high skilled talent team. On November 17, 2020, our company actively participated in the Chengdu High tech Zone 2020 "High tech Craftsman" Skills Competition, sponsored by the Social Affairs Bureau and the Trade Union Office of the High tech Zone, and co organized by the Market Supervision Bureau and various street offices of the High tech Zone. And achieved excellent results in two individual runner ups.

More than 300 participants from 60 companies participated in this competition, and our company sent a team of three participants, all of whom achieved excellent results in the competition. Among them, our employee Li Yingjian won the second place in "Intelligent Control System Design and Development". Wang Zizhou achieved excellent results in second place in "Electronic Design".

Summary of Li Yingjian's partial awards: On September 29, 2020, Li Yingjian won third place in the "2020 Chengdu Million Employee Skills Competition High tech Station PLC Programming Competition" organized by the High tech Zone Office of the Chengdu Federation of Trade Unions, the Community Development Governance and Social Security Bureau of the Chengdu High tech Zone, and organized by the Guixi Street Federation of Trade Unions in the Chengdu High tech Zone.
